System/s Details: Approx 700+ blinds, a combination of the Vertilux Easydrive and Spring Assist where required. Approx 40+ blinds in motorised application. Fabrics selected were Madison Room Darkening in colour Dark Chocolate and Euroscreen Transparent in colour Gunmetal.

Project Solutions: Grocon was the builder that could visualize the rail yards being turned into a 7 storey, 5 star efficient building. This was achieved over one of the most difficult sites with construction scheduled at night. Window selections by Bates Smart included fabric to be environmentally friendly with low VOC emissions and to blend in with the internal environment of the building.
